Items purchased. Items received. Absolutely fantastic! Just one issue though - with the courier... I received an email on Wednesday indicating it would arrive on Thursday. Since I had plans that day, I changed the order to be sent to a pickup location. Then, on Thursday morning, I got another email saying it was pushed back to Friday, but I couldn't switch the delivery back to my home.

Had a rough time with the website. The items showed up late. The products themselves were alright.

From the get-go, the communication and guidance were outstanding. I'm really pleased with my buy.

This is my second time placing an order, and I'm facing the same issues again. The first time I got a light, my order was confirmed, but the guy at the store sold me a different one. I ended up getting a call and had to cough up some extra cash for another light. Now, I went ahead and ordered a pk booster, and while the order is confirmed, it still hasn't shown up. I've been waiting nearly a week, and every time I reach out, I get a different excuse. Honestly, I can't recommend this company at all; they seem pretty unreliable.

Awesome support from the team. Super friendly and really helpful. I messed up my order by getting the wrong hood, but they exchanged it and gave me back the difference without any hassle or wait. Fantastic company. I've consistently bought my gear from them and have never run into any problems.

Like many folks right now, I'm having a tough time getting stuff from Plant Magic. I called them up, and they were super helpful, checking and tracing stock in local shops for me. I placed my order online, and it arrived intact. Gotta mention, though, the delivery was a day late, and tracking info was pretty limited. You had to track it manually to get any details about the day or time. That's the only hiccup, but it's more of a courier problem than a shop issue. Maybe they should think about using a different delivery service? Or maybe I just shouldn't order a month before Christmas, haha!

I faced some problems with late delivery, items that were damaged, and a mix-up with my order. However, I’d still be keen to shop with Groworks again! They fixed things quickly and their customer service is top-notch.

They had a promotion going on while they were away, offering free shipping and a 10% discount. I placed an order but ended up paying £10 for shipping, which seems a bit high to me. Then I was informed that my items were heavy, which is why I got charged. It feels pretty misleading, like a bait and switch. Honestly, I’m probably not gonna shop with them again.

I bought Plant Magic. Sadly, the plan to pick it up from the Southend depot got postponed, and since I wasn't heading back to Southend anytime soon, I had to switch to delivery, which came with a fee.

I would’ve rated this a full 5 stars, but the BudBox Lite tent seems to be a bit lacking in quality. Overall, it’s pretty good, just feels a tad flimsy, but I reckon it’ll do the job just fine.

Using Clearpay for the purchase was super easy and quite convenient. The delivery was quick and, best of all, free!

I’ll definitely be coming back to these folks again!

I just can't resist returning for Groworks' stuff since the quality is consistently top-notch without emptying my wallet! My plants are flourishing and getting better every year thanks to their soil, fertilizers, and other goodies that keep my plants healthy and robust. Plus, the delivery is super quick! You bet I'll be placing another order as soon as I run low!

I was able to discover a nice selection of square garden trays in various sizes that I couldn't locate elsewhere. The quality of the products is top-notch, and they were shipped quickly and securely. Kudos to you all!
